Please welcome Ted Norlander to the team!
Ted will be working out of Stockholm, and one of his first days on the job was the ServiceNow AI Summit there.
His track record speaks for itself. Thirty years in IT, across manufacturing, automotive, healthcare and managed services.
He has spent close to 10 years in the ServiceNow ecosystem, going back to the Geneva release. Most recently as CTO of Netgain, and before that as Principal Platform Architect at ServiceNow.
He is a Certified Master Architect, ServiceNow's highest certification, earned in one of the first CMA cohorts in EMEA, and holds the CTA and CRMA on top of it.
Not as trophies, but because he is the type who wants to understand the whole platform.
