With a background as an MSc in IT and nearly four years of ServiceNow development experience at Copenhagen Airport, Frederik brings a solid understanding of connecting IT and processes. His focus has been on building systems that work in practice for the people who use them every day.
In the role of ServiceNow Specialist, the task is clear: To bridge the gap between complex technical needs and user-friendly tools.
